Statement of Work — AI/SaaS Launch Page Sprint

This Statement of Work ("SOW") is entered into between Axiom Atlas, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 302 Druid Road West, Clearwater, FL 33756, USA ("Axiom Atlas", "we") and the client identified in the accompanying order confirmation ("Client", "you"). It incorporates the Terms of Service (terms-v1) and Privacy Policy (privacy-v1).

1. What you are buying

One responsive marketing landing page for an AI or SaaS product, researched, written, designed, built, tested and deployed to a preview environment.

Fixed price: $990 USD, exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment in full before work begins.

2. Timeline

We will deliver a preview ready for your review within 72 hours.

This is a preview, not a live production site. Production deployment happens after you accept the preview or after your single revision round, and depends on when you provide deployment access.

When the 72 hours start

The clock starts when all three of the following are true:

  1. your payment is confirmed;
  2. all required brief fields are complete;
  3. brand materials and access needed for your chosen delivery route have been received.

Payment alone does not start the clock. A completed brief alone does not start the clock.

When the clock stops

If we need an answer from you in order to continue, the clock stops until you respond. Paused intervals are recorded and shown to you. Time spent waiting on you is never counted against our 72 hours, and never counted against you either.

3. What is included

  • One hour of a professional designer's time. A designer reviews your page and signs it off before the preview reaches you — brand adaptation, composition of the primary screen, presentation of your product screenshots, and a final pass. This hour is included in the price and is a required step in our process, not a discretionary one
  • Research into your product, audience and competitors
  • Page structure and conversion copy in English
  • Visual design built on a design system created by that same designer — typography, color, section composition and visual hierarchy tailored to your product, not text dropped into an unchanged template
  • One responsive landing page built in Next.js, up to eight sections
  • One primary call to action and one lead capture form
  • Basic SEO metadata, Open Graph tags, favicon and sitemap
  • Connection of agreed analytics
  • Desktop and mobile checks, accessibility smoke test, performance check and form verification
  • Preview deployment
  • One round of revisions within seven calendar days
  • Source code, a report of checks performed, and one production deployment to Vercel where access is provided in time

4. What is not included

  • Full brand identity, logo design or brand guidelines. We adapt your existing brand; we do not create one.
  • A deliverable Figma file. You receive a working page and its source code, not a mockup.
  • More than eight sections, or more than one page
  • User accounts, product database, authentication or e-commerce
  • Complex 3D graphics, video production, or licensing of paid media
  • Multiple languages
  • Ongoing support beyond the revision round
  • Second and subsequent revision rounds
  • Legal copy for your business
  • Any guarantee of traffic, leads, conversion rate or revenue

5. The eight-section limit

Your page may contain up to eight sections. A typical page uses: hero, proof, use cases, feature evidence, process, FAQ, call to action, and footer.

A ninth section is outside this SOW and requires a separate quote. This limit is stated before you pay because the price is fixed.

6. Your revision round

You get one revision round, included.

A revision round is a single consolidated list, submitted once. A stream of separate messages is not a revision round and does not open one — we will ask you to consolidate. This is not a technicality: it is what makes one round predictable enough to include at this price.

You have seven calendar days from the moment we show you the preview to submit your list. After the list is submitted, the round is closed. Further work requires a separate quote.

7. If you do not send the brief

Payment without a brief starts neither the work nor the clock.

We will remind you on day 3, day 7 and day 14 after payment.

On day 30, if we still cannot start, we will refund you the full $990. We absorb the payment processing fee. Alternatively, at your written choice, we will hold your payment as a credit toward the same product with no expiry.

We will not hold your money indefinitely against work we cannot begin.

8. If we are late

If we fail to deliver a preview ready for review within 72 hours of the clock starting, and the delay is our fault:

  • you receive 15% of the price back for every started 24 hours of delay,
  • up to a maximum of 50% of the price.

Delay caused by our waiting on your response does not count, because the clock is stopped during that time.

9. Ownership and handoff

On final delivery you receive the source code and full ownership of the page we build for you, subject to full payment having been received.

Third-party components, fonts, and images retain their own licenses. We record the source and license of every asset we use and pass that record to you. We do not use paid media without a license.

10. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information in the brief
  • Provide brand materials and access when requested
  • Respond to blocking questions within the timeframe in our communication policy
  • Own the legal, regulatory and factual accuracy of claims you ask us to publish about your product

11. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any business outcome. We do not promise traffic, leads, signups, conversion rates, revenue, search ranking, or performance against competitors. We build the page described above to the quality standard described above; what the market does with it is not within our control and is not part of this agreement.

12. How we work

Your project is delivered by Axiom Atlas using our own tooling, which includes AI assistance under human supervision.

A professional designer reviews and signs off your page before you see it, and one hour of that designer's time is included in the price. No preview is released to you without that sign-off.

Every message sent to you and every deliverable released to you is reviewed by a person at Axiom Atlas before it reaches you. We are accountable for the result regardless of the tools used to produce it.

We do not release a preview that a designer has not signed off. If a designer is not available, your delivery waits — which counts against our 72 hours, not yours, and is covered by §8.

13. Cancellation

  • Before the clock starts: you may cancel for a full refund of $990.
  • After the clock starts, before preview: you may cancel for a refund of 50% of the price. Work stops at that point and no deliverable is transferred to you — the research, copy, design and build completed so far remain ours.
  • After the preview has been delivered: the work is complete and no refund is due. Your revision round and final delivery remain available to you.

These are the sole cancellation remedies. They do not affect the lateness compensation in §8, which applies independently if we miss the 72 hours.

14. Governing law

This SOW is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles, consistent with Terms §15.

Change log

  • 2026-07-27 — effective. Counsel and owner confirmed. §3 and §12 carry the designer commitment: one hour of a professional designer's time is included, and no preview is released without their sign-off. §13 cancellation set at full refund before the clock starts, 50% before preview, none after preview. §14 set to Delaware law.

Standing checks

These are ongoing consistency obligations, not blockers:

  • Price, the 72-hour preview promise and the eight-section limit must read identically here, on the offer page, in checkout and in the confirmation email.
  • The designer hour in §3 is a paid deliverable. Do not sell a slot the designer will not review — §12 allows no substitute, and the lateness compensation in §8 is what applies if they hold delivery up.
  • CPA to keep prepayment, the §7 full refund and the no-expiry credit consistent with how they are booked.
